No discovery phases. No "kickoff workshops." Day 1 we start building. Day 14 you have a live product with real users. Here's the run of show.
2-hour video call. You come with the idea. We leave with a shipping plan, a stack, a domain, a repo, auth scaffolded, and Stripe test mode wired. The build starts that afternoon.
The core loop ships first. Whatever the one thing your product does — that's what we build, end-to-end, before touching anything else. Every day ends with a deployed build on staging.
The supporting cast: payments, onboarding, notifications, AI features if the product needs them. We prune ruthlessly — anything that isn't essential to launch day gets backlog'd, not built.
Three days of honest use. We stress-test the product, fix the embarrassing bugs, tune the copy, and record a launch video. The bar: your grandmother could sign up and pay without calling you.
Launch day is a live broadcast on The Ship Show (optional but recommended). Day 13 is your first 24 hours of real users. Day 14 we hand off the repo, the docs, and the keys — clean.
